Challenge:

The owner of this Graduate Hospital property wanted to completely upgrade his home in order to increase its value and marketability. This all needed to be done within a designated time frame and budget.

Solution:

The rehabilitation of this home perfectly highlights our ability to add high end, custom finishes to an existing home while staying within a budget. The end results were exceptional and provided us with new experience in building materials and techniques that we were able to implement at lower cost. The kitchen, bathrooms and staircase were all upgraded with unique and custom designs. The floors, walls and fire place in the living room were all restored to look brand new. We also fully landscaped the rear yard to create a beautiful and relaxing outside space - extremely valuable in a city where real backyards are few and far between.
